Vary Pressure and Salinity during Measurements

May 18, 2016

This spring, PreSens released a software update for the small 24-channel SDR SensorDish® Reader for non-invasive detection of oxygen and pH in deep and low well multidishes.

New features should be notably interesting for customers working with seawater samples. Salinity, the dissolved salt content of water, and pressure compensation for oxygen is now possible. One may also vary the temperature, pressure and salinity during measurements.

In case that users can not benefit from pre-calibrated sensors by PreSens, they are now free to do an own complete calibration or a one-point adjustment for both oxygen and pH sensors. And the easy one-point adjustment allows to set the starting point to identical oxygen and / or pH values.

Following the suggestions and requirements of PreSens’ customers it is now also possible to export all data at a time when working with several SDRs in parallel.
