The Importance of a Multi-Parameter Approach

While comparing results from monitoring S. cerevisiae cultures with just measuring one parameter or benefitting from the online multi-sensor monitoring with the SFR vario, the multi-parameter approach wins. It shows that in different culture phases different sensors provide the best results, allowing a reliable overall picture with most conclusive information in different culture phases.

After a two-year Corona break, PreSens again joined the REWAG Company Run on Wednesday, July the 13th 2022, with a team of 12 runners. Together with around 1600 sport enthusiasts from local companies, associations, and other organizations they tackled the 6.8 km track here in Regensburg’s east in scorching temperatures.

The new CO2-1 ST carbon dioxide meter can be used with the new PreSens CO2 dipping probes, that have a measurement range of 0.02 – 5 % CO2. This makes this measurement set-up ideal for plant and animal physiology applications or analyzing liquids. The device is made for measurement of dissolved CO2 in aqueous solutions.
