OXY-1 WM trace

The OXY-1 WM trace is a precise single-channel oxygen meter for wall mounting. It has temperature, salinity and pressure compensation and can be used with sensor spots, flow-through cells and oxygen probes for in-line measurement. OXY-1 WM trace is compatible with sensors type PSt3 (detection limit 0.03 % oxygen, 15 ppb dissolved oxygen), type PSt6 (detection limit 0.002 % oxygen, 1 ppb dissolved oxgyen), and the ultra-low oxygen sensors type PSt9 (detection limit 0.5 ppmv O₂, 0 - 200 ppmv O₂ gaseous oxygen). The housing and all connector ducts are splash-proof so the device can even be installed in harsh industrial environments.

O₂ Measurement with Convenient Wall Mount Device in Biotech & Pharma

The wall mount device is ideally suited for applications in the Biotech & Pharma industries. The space-saving installation and the display that allows fast checks on oxygen levels are just some of the advantages this robust oxygen meter has to offer. It can be integrated in process units via 4 - 20 mA outputs or digitally via RS485 ModBus RTU. A concentration alarm relay is integrated and can be used as process trigger when reaching high or low concentration levels. OXY-1 WM can be applied with probes or flow-through cells (various fiber lengths available), that allow precise online monitoring in steel fermenters, bioreactors and bypasses.
