Probe for Dissolved & Gaseous Oxygen Measurements

The OXYPro is connected directly to the controller. It combines an optical sensor and electro-optical module in one probe. OXYPro has a standard PG 13.5 thread and stainless steel housing. As a digital interface it uses RS485 (PreSens proprietary or Modbus RTU) and has 4 - 20 mA analog output. A serial communication protocol is offered for data exchange between OXYPro and a PC or another host unit. For initial operation and adjustment of the 4 - 20 mA outputs the PreSens EOM-STS software can be used.The optical oxygen sensor type PSt7 has a maximum measurement range of 0 - 100 % O2, and a detection limit of 0.03 % O2. The removable sensor cap (Optical Exchange Cap OEC) can easily be exchanged. The probe is pre-calibrated, stands steam sterilization (SIP) and cleaning in place (CIP).

Applications

OXYPro for Your Bioreactor

This optical oxygen probe can easily be integrated in your control systems. The precise oxygen measurements enable control and contribute to safe and stable culture conditions. The OXYPro can be mounted to standard ports, and stands cleaning in place and steam sterilization. No membrane cleaning, polarization or replenishment of electrolyte solutions is necessary. A used sensor cap can easily be exchanged. This low maintenance probe reduces the work load considerably.
