I cannot log into the SFR software (SFRS) from my Windows account. What can I do?

This only applies for SFRS and SFR not for SFR vario!

The SFRS needs to access the database folder, which is automatically created when installing the software on the PC / notebook. In case the software was installed under another Windows account, you might not have rights to access this folder and the login to SFRS fails. You will have to contact the administrator or the person who installed the software.

Make sure the database folder is accessible for all users working with the SFRS, when installing the software!
