The intensities I get with the SensorPlates are very low for my reader. How can I enhance them?

For readers using monochromators instead of filters (e. g. BMG) the fluorescence intensities are often rather low. If your reader offers a time-resolved mode, please use this mode, set the delay time to 0 μs and the integration time to 500 μs. Thus, the reader collects more signal. Increasing the gain will not help, as this is only a mathematical enhancement and does not improve the quality of the signal.
