Our Core Competence
PreSens originates from the Institute of Analytical Chemistry, Chemo- and Biosensors at the University of Regensburg. Sensitive dyes and polymer chemistry are our core competence and the basis of our intelligent measurement systems. The main advantage of chemical optical sensors is, that the measurement electronics and the sensor itself can be physically separated, offering non-invasive measurement through transparent materials and vessel walls.
Versatile Sensors in Various Designs
Chemical optical sensors are very versatile, can be manufactured in most different designs and are also suitable for single-use applications. Our product range from stock already includes various specialized sensor types like e.g. robust steel probes, microsensors with tiny tip-size or single-use sensors for integration via Luer connectors.
Sensor Integration & Port Design
Our developers can adapt the sensor design to your specific requirements. This also includes special integration scenarios, the construction of ports or other adapters to make your measurement equipment user-friendly and functional.
