Are the fluorescence intensities I get from the SensorPlate with my reader sufficient for a good measurement?

Every reader gives different relative fluorescence intensity units. Therefore, it is not possible to give a general lower limit of signal intensity. If in doubt, please perform a kinetic calibration measurement (see manual) and check the stability of the signal (resolution) and the well-to-well reproducibility (precision). Large fluctuations in the signals indicate too low fluorescence intensity. Please contact us when in doubt!
