How do I know that my reader gives precise results with the SensorPlates?

Please do a calibration measurement with 3 - 4 replicates per calibration solution (see instruction manual IM_OP96 / IM_HP96). Then measure a kinetic of at least 5 values (at constant temperature), and convert the signals to oxygen / pH values using the equations given in the instruction manual. With this procedure you can determine the resolution (signal stability over time) and precision (well-to-well standard deviation).
