I use the OxoHydroDish (OHD6) with the SDR. How do I see the values of both parameters (oxygen and pH) with the SDR software?

The SDR software can only calculate oxygen OR pH for one plate. However, all sensors are measured and raw data (phase values) are stored in the measurement file. You can choose which parameter you want to see online in the SDR software by choosing the batch number of your OHD6 with the respective ending _pH or _O2 from the calibration data files. The other parameter can be calculated after exporting the measurement to Excel (Format 1 = by row) and then copying the phase value into an Excel template provided by PreSens. By typing the calibration values into the template, you will get the caluclated pH and oxygen in all available units automatically. The Excel template can be found here.
