No, the temperature in the maintenance window is only for information. Often inexplicable peaks in the oxygen or pH graph can be related to temperature changes in the sample by comparing those to the temperature graph. The temperature value used for temperature compensation in case of different calibration and measurement temperature is the measurement temperature you type into the software before starting a measurement.
