Profile and Gradient Measurements with your VisiSens TD Images
VisiSens Live Profile Plugin
Live Profile Plugin is a software extension for the VisiSens ScientifiCal software and allows you to choose up to 12 Regions of Interest (ROIs) for profiling and gradient measurements in your VisiSens TD images. Measure e.g. at water-sediment or root-soil interfaces and follow gradient development in your sample over time. You can select straight or tilted ROIs, set the profiling direction, as well as the orientation of the automatically generated graph. Once the selection is made, the profile along the selected area is analyzed and plotted in analyte versus distance. With the scale tool the distance in pixel can be converted into mm. You can skip through the image series by hand and export the profiles from single images or activate the Extract All button to automatically get your live data extracted and plotted during your measurement. All data will be stored automatically in an Excel file. This software extension is the ideal tool for profiling or cross-section applications with VisiSens TD.
