VisiSens RAW Extractor Plugin

The RAW Extractor Plugin allows you to convert your recorded VisiSens 2D analyte data into 16-bit pixel analyte maps. You can convert single images, selections, or whole recording sessions at once. This makes the data accessible for use in 3rd party image analysis applications such as MATLAB, ImageJ, or others for further analysis. Whatever your application is, this plugin supports you in getting the most out of your VisiSens TD imaging data.
