VisiSens Video Creator Plugin

The Video Creator Plugin allows you to generate video clips of your recorded VisiSens TD 2D oxygen, pH and/or CO₂ data. You can select specific images or whole time series data for your video. Furthermore, you can adjust different video settings, such as adding a pseudocolor analyte scale bar, setting the filtering threshold, add a scale bar or adjust the frames per second of your final video. You can additionally add a time stamp to each video frame. Select just parts of your data and generate a cropped selection video, if you want to point out specific details. You can skip through the loaded image series to preview the frames and export the video as .avi file. Make the invisible visible by showing your audience videos of O₂, pH or CO₂ changes over time in your cell culture, microbial, biological, plant or animal tissue, or bio-geological interface experiments.
