Oxygen Flow-Through Cells
We offer a broad variety of flow-through cells with integrated oxygen sensors for monitoring in perfusion systems, pipes or flow lines. There is a suitable flow-through cell for almost any application, from O2 monitoring in a perfusion bioreactor to the implementation in the chemical or energy industries. The O2 flow-through cells are available in different measurement ranges, from normal O2 ranges (0 - 100 % O2, limit of detection 0.03 % O2) to ultra-trace O2 range (0 - 200 ppmv O2, limit of detection 0.5 ppmv O2).
Plastic O2 flow-through cells, designed for the biotech and research sector, are available in single-use and a reusable version. We also provide the O2 sensing component by itself, which can be integrated in flow-through cells of different sizes via Luer connector. Our metal flow-through cells can be integrated in pipes of various diameters and stand high pressure; therefore, they are ideally suited for oxygen measurements in industrial processes. Even flow-through cells made of Teflon, that withstand certain solvents are available. Flow-through cells with integrated microsensors have a very fast response time and can be applied for measurements where knowing the immediate O2 content is crucial.
